Fruit tempura recipe

Ingredients to make fruit tempura:
1 red apple unit

100 grams of wheat flour
1 egg unit
50 milliliters of cold water
500 milliliters of sunflower oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar

Ingredients to make fruit tempura:

1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to enlist all ingredients.





2. In a bowl do the dough for the tempura. To do this, mix cold water, egg, flour, pinch of salt and sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture, let stand for 20 minutes.





3. Apart, wash the fruits very well, drain and cut everything into a crescent.





4. Prepare a pan with plenty of very hot oil. Dip the fruits in the tempura and immediately take them to fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Then go through absorbent paper to eliminate excess fat.
