Fried ice cream recipe

You take a large ice cream ball and pass it through milk, then by wheat flour and freeze.

1 cup wheat flour (140 grams)

2. After it hardens quite proceeding in the same way as before, you go back to milk and then for flour and freeze it again. Repeat this process for the third time until the ice cream ball has enough consistency.

3. After the third operation, including the freezing stage, you throw it to fry for a moment in boiling oil, about two minutes until the empanized is fried and serve it with cake or cake.

4. At the beginning the surface layer of the ice cream (the empanized) will be very hot, but when you serve it it is as always and just as cold. It is a fried ice cream !!!
