Ingredients to make French macarons:

1. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt to form peaks, preferably use an electric blender. Then add the sugar, first a tablespoon of sugar, then the rest in two halves while still beating at high speed until everything is completely integrated and the mixture has a bright hue.

2. Then add the ground almonds with the help of a spatula in an envelope.
