Flour fruit cake recipe

Grease a round mold for 25 cm diameter cake and run the background with waxed paper.

Ingredients to make fruitless fruit cake:
400 gr. of canned fruits
400 gr. of dry fruit mixed
100 gr. of crystallized cherries
200 gr. of corn flakes (corn flakes) ground
3 lightly beaten medium eggs
1 large can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of mixed species (cinnamon, nutmeg, smell nails)
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Ingredients to make fruitless fruit cake:

2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.

3. Viértal them in the mold prepared smoothing the surface and target at the preheated oven at 300º (150ºC) for 1 1/4 hours.

4. Leave in the mold for 10 minutes and then unmold on a rack to cool.
