Ingredients to make chocolate cake without flour:
1. We preheat the oven to 180ºC. Then, we introduce liquid cream, chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt it to the microwave. If you prefer, you can melt the mixture to the water bath. If you use traditional fiber butter, which has no gluten, this recipe will be suitable for celiacs.
2. To continue with the preparation of chocolate cake, add the sugar and mix well to dissolve. In a separate bowl, we beat the eggs slightly and incorporate them into the previous preparation. We also add the cayena and move until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
3. We take an oven mold, grease it and pour the preparation of chocolate cake. Bake the cake for 40 minutes. After the time, we remove it and let it cool inside the mold.
4. When cold, we get the chocolate cake without flour, wrap it with film paper and reserve it in the refrigerator throughout the night.
5. The next day, we remove it from the fridge, remove the film and we can serve it. I like to accompany this chocolate cake with cranberry jam and orange skin or sour cream, but you can complement it with whatever you want.
