Egg flan is a traditional dessert of Spanish gastronomy that we can enjoy any day of the year but has always been very typical in the overmedies of Holy Week. Ingredients to make egg flan with liquid cream:
1. In a bowl we put the eggs and sugar and beat until the spume mixture.
2. Add the cream and milk and beat until our mixture is homogeneous.
3. We brush a mold with liquid caramel and pour the mixture of homemade cream flan in the mold and cover it with aluminum foil.
4. We fill a source suitable for the oven with hot water, enough that when introducing the mold is submerged about 2/3 of its height. We introduce the mold at the fountain and put the egg and cream flan in the water bath in the preheated oven at 130 ºC.
5. We wait for the flan with custard cream. The weather depends on the size of the mold but will range between 45 minutes and the time almost safely. Not to spend with the baking we control the first 30-40 minutes of baking.
Trick: I advise you that the water is hot so that it is less to make the flan in the water bath.
6. Once curd we take out the cheese with cream of the oven and the source with water and let it cool completely.
7. We save the egg flan with liquid cream in the fridge well covered so that the surface does not dry out until consuming it. We unmold it before serving and good benefit!
