Easy orange cake recipe

We beat with the electric rods for almost 15 minutes the eggs with the sugar until the mixture rises twice its volume and is semi white.

For 4 people ::
6 eggs.
150 grams of sugar.
200 grams of flour.
10 grams of powdered yeast.
1 kilo of juice oranges.
200 grams of sugar.
250 grams of mounted cream.

2. Next we add the flour mixed with the yeast with the help of a wooden bucket or some similar utensil.

6. Without unmolding the cake we introduce it in the fridge for 6 hours.

7. After this time, we unmold it and cover it with mounted cream mixed with the other 150 grams of sugar.

8. We decorate with pieces of peeled icing and oranges.
