Ingredients to make easy milk cake:
1. To prepare the easy milk cake, the first thing you should do is separate the yolks from the egg whites. For this dessert we will use only the yolks, so you can reserve the whites to prepare a meringue or make a creep of egg whites.
Trick: Preheat the oven at 180 ºC.
2. Reserve the yolks and take a circular mold. The base fodhes with the puff pastry or the broken dough and click the bottom with a fork to prevent its volume from increase in the oven. When hot, bake the dough for 10 minutes.
Trick: Between the mold and the dough place a sheet of baking paper, so you can better remove the cake when made.
3. While the dough of the milk cake is baked, place the yolks with the sugar. In a separate bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in milk.
4. Add the milk with the cornstarch to the pot or saucepan, and take it over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes. Constantly stir the preparation to form the filling of the easy cake. When you observe that the cream is thick enough, add the lemon zest and cinnamon. Mix to integrate these latest ingredients and remove the filling from fire.
