Ingredients to make easy cherry cake:

4. For filling, beat the butter, yolks, lemon zest and salt until you get a fine paste.

7. Once well mixed, overturn in the mold covered with the base dough and spread over the stark cherries.
8. Take in a soft oven for an hour and a quarter or until the cake is golden and firm.
9. Once cold sprinkle with luster sugar and decorate with some cherries.
