1. To start making sighs the first thing is to prepare the meringue. To do this, beat the egg whites until you get the snow point. Use some electric blender.
2. When you are clear about snow, add the sugar little by little and not to beat. Then add the zest and vanilla and continue to beat in an envelope until the meringue takes volume and consistency.
3. Place the sighs on a baking tray lined with paraffin or special baking paper. Help yourself with a pastry bag and place sighs with a separation of at least 3 centimeters between each sigh.
4. Take out to the oven and kitchen at 120ºC. for about 15-30 minutes or until you see that they begin to brown.
5. Let stand and enjoy homemade baked sighs with the little ones at home, they will love.
