400 grams of chocolate with min. A 50 percent of cocoa
1 cup of grated coconut (100 grams)
1 can of condensed milk

Ingredients to make Easter eggs stuffed with chocolate and coconut:

1. The first step we have to do to prepare these Easter eggs stuffed with chocolate and coconut for Holy Week is to gather the ingredients that we are going to use.





2. Then we melt the chocolate chopped in the water bath or in the microwave for a few minutes until we have very homogeneous.





3. Next, we apply a thin layer of the chocolate melted in the molds shaped like Easter eggs and put them into the freezer for 2 minutes. We repeat 1 or 2 times, the same operation to obtain a thicker and consistent chocolate layer.



Trick: You have to remain a little melted chocolate to cover the stuffed Easter eggs at the end.





4. After placing the last chocolate layer, we mix the grated coconut with condensed milk to obtain an easy-to-mold coconut paste.



Trick: You see adding condensed milk little by little until you get the coconut paste (it may not be necessary to use all condensed milk).





5. Then, we extend the coconut filling in the chocolate Easter eggs formed but not even above all and uniformly. We reserve in the freezer for 2 minutes.





6. The last step is to cover the coconut filling with the rest of melted chocolate that has been left over before and sprinkle some black and white chocolate noodles and pearls to decorate.



Trick: Make sure the coconut does not excel the edges so that the chocolate egg filling is a surprise.





7. We put the Easter eggs stuffed with chocolate and coconut in the refrigerator or leave them at a cold ambient temperature until the chocolate is solid. Finally, we unmold the chocolate eggs and serve them as a Easter gift for example.
