1. The first step is to hydrate the grenetina in the water, dissolve well in a water bath and reserve. If you prefer you can also use neutral gelatin sheets, which you should also hydrate but without lack of any type of cooking.
2. On the other hand, mix the two milks in a wide mold and then add the Grenetina. Mix well until you see that all the ingredients have been integrated. The amount of evaporated milk and condensed milk must be the same, the cans that we have used in this recipe are those of 390 grams.
3. To finish, drain the peaches in syrup and itch the fruit in medium squares. Then place the previous mixture in a special gelatin mold and add the pieces of peach.
