Dulce de Tres Mushes recipe with Thermomix

The sweet of three milks is one of the most popular desserts in most regions of Latin America, for its pleasant flavor and soft texture. In this recipe we teach you to do it with the popular Thermomix, to get this task even easier. Take note!

Ingredients to make three milk sweet with Thermomix:
For cake:
4 Egg units
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons wheat flour
For the mixture of three milks:
1 can of small condensed milk
1 can of small evaporated milk
120 grams of whole milk
para the decoration:
250 grams of cream mounted or meringue

Ingredients to make three milk sweet with Thermomix:

1. We start preparing the mixture of the three milks. To do this, we introduce in the Thermomixs glass both condensed milk and evaporated and the entire. We program the machine at speed 4-5 progressively and let it beat to form a homogeneous mixture. We reserve and clean the glass.

2. We put the butterfly in the thermomix blades and separate the whites from the egg yolks. Add only the whites in the glass and mounted them to the point of snow programming the machine for 2 minutes at speed 4.

3. Past time, add the sugar and mix for 30 seconds at speed 2. If we use icing sugar better, the preparation will be much softer.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the yolks with the oil and add the mixture to the Thermomix. We also pour a few drops of vanilla essence and program at speed 2, without time. Then, little by little, we add the flour previously sifted with the yeast and a pinch of salt.

5. When we see that the flour is well integrated, we pass the dough to a previously greased mold and bake the cake for 30 minutes to 180ºC, or until it is ready. If you do not have mold, you can pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

6. Once the cake is made, we let cool and, without removing it from the mold or the tray, we pour over the mixture of the three milks. We must distribute it throughout the cake so that it is impregnated well from the preparation. We let stand for 30 minutes, or until we see that it has absorbed the entire mixture.

7. When ready, cover the upper part with mounted cream or meringue and ready! We already have our three milk candy with Thermomix prepared to eat.
