Ingredients to make a cake of dulce de leche:

4. While the preparation of the saucepan is heated, pour the remaining milk into a glass and dissolve the envelopes of curd one by one, stirring constantly so that they get rid of well. If you prefer, you can use three sheets of neutral or agar-glatin gelatin.
5. When it starts to boil it mixes it from the saucepan, add the milk with the curd and mix with some rods. Once you observe that the preparation begins to thicken and boil, remove the saucepan from the fire.
6. Let the mixture stand about 10 minutes to temper, stirring to prevent a solid layer from forming. Take out the nevera mold with the cookie base, incorporate the entire mixture and introduce the cake of milk and cookies in the fridge about 4-5 hours or leave it all night.
