Damascus ice cream recipe

Wash and fight the Damascos; Pass them for the sieve or put it with the fork. In a bowl place the ground dams, the sugar, the lemon juice and the water. Base well and empty the cubeter. Take the Friseer for about 3 to 4 minutes. When they are half freeze, take them out and beat them inside the bowl. Collect them again in the cubeter and let freeze for three hours or so.

Damascus ice cream ingredients:
1/4 kg Damascus (s) mature
1 lt water
1/4 kg cream chantilly
1 cup (s) sugar
lemon juice
