1. The first step to make this crispy chocolate nougat with Thermomix is to pour in the vessel the lard 3 or 4 minutes until it melts at speed 2 to about 70º C temperature.
2. Next, black chocolate is added and then milk chocolate at 40º C 1 minute and a half at progressive speed 5-6-7-9.
3. Then the butterfly is put in the Thermomix and the inflated rice is thrown at speed 1 and without temperature.
