Crepe recipe stuffed with fashion watermelon and cream

Mix all the ingredients of the dough, let stand 20 minutes, and in a crepera pan, we will make the very thin crepes. Apart we ride the cream with the sugar and chop the fashion watermelon in small daditos. We introduce the cream in a pastry bag and we will make a cord on top of the crepe. We place the dice of watermelon on the cream, we roll the crepe closing the tips. It can be accompanied with a liquid custard bed.

500 grs. of watermelted watermelon.
500 ml. of cream to mount.
75 grs. of sugar.
