Confited orange cake recipe

Ingredients to make orange cake confit:
100 gr Harina
66 gr Butter
100 gr milk
1 egg
2 oranges
essence of orange
15 gr féula
25 gr sugar

2. Chop the butter with the flour until you get a mixture as sand.





3. Add water and knead until a soft and homogeneous texture.





4. Cover the cake and bake at 170ºC for 15 minutes, or until it is golden.





5. Mix the yolk with the sugar until a white cream is left.





6. Heat the milk with the essence of vanilla and orange zest, when it is hot add a little to the yolks, mix and pour everything into the pot while mixing, cook until it thickens.





7. Pour the mixture in the cake and leave in the fridge.





8. Wash and cut the oranges into slices Place them in sugar water and let cook until they begin to boil. Repeat this process 7 times.





9. Serve and taste.
