We place the biscuits in a fountain, mix the coffee with the almond liquor in a bowl and pour over the biscuits. Let them rest a little. To make the cream, we remove the cheese cheese and add the condensed milk. We reserve the cream. We collate in 4 individual molds a base of sunny cakes, cover with a little mascarpone cream and condensed milk. We put another layer of biscuits and another cream. We sprinkle with cocoa powder and decorate with some mint leaves.
