Ingredients to make bread and condensed milk:

Ingredients to make bread and condensed milk:

1. To make the pudding of bread and condensed milk I have used a rectangular mold, 28×12 cm, but if you prefer you can use another. That said, we start with the caramel, heating the sugar in a slow saucepan along with two tablespoons of water. When I take a golden color, we remove it and cover the base and half of the mold walls with it.





2. To continue with the recipe, we heat the milk with vanilla and condensed milk until this last ingredient dissolves. Then, we cut the bread into cubes, place them in a large bowl and pour the milk mixture on it. In addition, add the beaten eggs and mix well. When the mixture is ready, we pass it to the mold.





3. We preheat the oven to 180 ºC and, once hot, we bake the pudding of bread and milk condensed in the water bath, that is, introducing the mold into a tray with water. We cook the Buddine for 35 minutes, or until it is ready. To know, we click it with a wooden stick and observe if it comes out clean. Once ready, we remove it from the oven, let it cool and reserve in the fridge.

4. If we have difficulty unmolding the Bread and condensed milk, I recommend placing the mold on a hot water bowl for a couple of minutes. We can decorate it with confited cherries, whipped cream or cream mounted to taste. It is delicious!
