Ingredients to make coffee cream:
1. Leave the ingredients ready. If you don have impalpable sugar, you can do it at home following the icing sugar recipe.
Trick: For the cream to be better, it must be very cold.
2. Beat the cream at medium speed. You can wear electric rods or an electric blender. You can also use manual rods, but the process will be slower.
3. When the cream begins to ride, add sugar and coffee while still. At this point, you can increase the speed a bit to make better.
Trick: We have used icing sugar because it melts better with the cream and the texture of the coffee cream is softer.
4. You will have an aromatic and delicious cream that you will want to try it impatiently. For this amount of cream and ingredients we do not recommend beating more than 4 minutes, since the cream could be cut and become butter.
