The Mochis are the favorite Japanese dessert of many and, currently, is made with numerous varieties of flavor. It is a rice dessert that can be filled or providing taste of different fruits, even in some places they choose to fill with ice cream. On the other hand, the rice flour that is used is called glutinosa, since when preparing it it takes a very special texture. This type of flour can be found in Japanese specialized stores or, either if you do not get it, you can prepare this recipe with normal rice flour, the result is very similar. Ingredients to make coconut mochis: |

Ingredients to make coconut mochis:
1. To start with the coconut Mochis recipe, first in a pot heats coconut milk and condensed milk.
2. Before it starts to boil, add the grated coconut and the corn starch. Then, remove to integrate everything until the mixture thickens. Then, remove from heat and reserve.
3. When it has cooled, forms balls of about 3 cm and refrigerate while you continue with the recipe.

7. You will notice that a kind of dough was made. Well, then, keep moving strongly with a spatula to give it more texture. Then, it passes to an area, extends and sprinkles a little more cornstarch.
8. Take portions of about 40 grams, extend and fill with the coconut balls you prepared. Followed, wrapped as a pollito, press and repeat the process until the dough ends.
