Coconut cheese ingredients:
1. The first step to cook our homemade cheese is to prepare the caramel: melt the sugar with water over low heat until it takes a slightly brown color. Try not to burn the candy or become bitter.
2. Cover with the caramel the bottom and walls of the baking mold. Allow you to cool a little while preparing the cheese. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
3. Apart liquefy the condensed milk with coconut milk, eggs, vanilla and cream cheese.
4. Once the caramel has cooled, pour the mixture of the previous step in the baking mold.
5. Add the grated coconut. It is not necessary to liquefied again, only stir with the help of a spoon.
6. Cover the mold and bake in a water bath for an hour at 180ºC. If you do not have a lid for the mold you can cover it with aluminum foil, just take care that the paper does not contact the water of the water bath, because it could enter steam to the cheese and spoil.
7. If when I introduce a stick to the cheese it comes out clean, it means that it is ready. Let cool and unmold passing a knife on the shores of the cheese, so it will come out of a single piece.
