Cinnamon cupcake recipe

Yield: 10 to 12 cupcakestime of preparation: 45 minutes1.- Place the oven to heat at 180ºC.2.- Cernir flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Reserve.3.- In a bowl with an electric blender beat butter and sugar until it is pale and creamy.3.- Incorporate the eggs, one at a time. Beating for a few minutes, this will ensure that sugar dissolves well.4.- Finally, add the mixture of dry ingredients reserved interspersing with milk. Beat for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture is creamy. Collect the mixture in molds for cupcakes. If you have paper bases place them inside the molds, otherwise, enmantequillar los molds and place a little flour in each. Eliminate excess flour, you should only cover the surface. Len with the mixture up to only ¾ of the molds. Shake in an oven previously hot at 180ºC for 20 minutes or until a skewer when introducing it into the mixture comes out dry. Once removed from oven let cool before decorating.

2/3 cup (s) whole milk
