Ingredients to make choux paste for profiteols:
1. The first step to make our homemade profiteols will be to sift the flour with the baking and booking dust.
2. When the margarine begins to boil and dissolve, you must throw the flour at once and move with a wooden spoon constantly until the mixture takes off from the pot.
