1. We start leaving with our hands large cookies in pieces. Size I leave it to your liking, but I advise you at least to do each cookie in four or six pieces. We reserve.
2. We take out the fridge pork butter and let it lose the cold until it is at room temperature.
3. Next, we will melt the black chocolate in the water bath. To do this, we put a casserole with water and on top of a metallic or glass bowl in which we are going to place the chopped chocolate. We put it on the fire and, when the water is hot, the chocolate will begin to melt. We remove with the help of a spatula and remove from heat when it is almost melted.
4. Keep the bowl inside the hot water casserole and add the pig butter that we must have at room temperature. With the heat of chocolate and the water of the casserole, the butter will soften and after a few minutes we will remove with the spatula until it is completely undone and form a homogeneous cream with the chocolate.
5. We pour the chopped oreo cookies and mix well. The bowl continues inside the casserole with hot water so that the mixture remains liquid and is easy to handle when preparing chocolate nougat and oreo cookies.
6. We draw the bowl bowl, we dry it well so that water does not fall into the mold and pour the preparation into the nougat mold. We smoot the surface with the help of the spatula if necessary and decorate with the oreo mini cookies.
