Christmas approaches and I am preparing a lot of things, Christmas sweets especially. Although he had prepared something for years, it was not until last year that I was seriously encouraged with the sweets of this era. In addition to being delicious, I enjoyed it a lot and this year I wanted it to be even better. I really wanted to, among other things, release myself with homemade chocolate nougat. I have decided on an easy chocolate, to see how the thing was given. And it has been very good! Because it is simple you know that it does not mean that it cannot also be delicious. And so it has been. I did it in a moment and it was great. Using coconut oil was also a good idea because it gave the chocolate nougat with hazelnut a very pleasant aroma, but if it does not suit you, you can replace it of course with butter, oil or butter. Ingredients to make chocolate nougat with hazelnuts:
1. We put the entire almonds in a mortar and crush them a little. I wanted pieces of all sizes to be left. Some big and some smaller. But as you like.
2. Derret the chocolate and coconut oil (which you already know that at room temperature is solid) in the microwave. I do it in the defrosted option to prevent chocolate from burning. Im stirring every so often, by eye.
3. When chocolate mixed with coconut oil is ready, add the hazelnuts and mix well.
Trick: You can also make chocolate nougat with roasted almonds instead of hazelnuts.
4. We take a mold for nougat (I released it that day!) Or the mold you use, and pour the mixture. With the amounts I put over for a tablet like the one you see in the photos. We carefully take a dry blow with the mold, so that the mixture is equal to the entire surface and put the fridge about 2 or 3 hours until the homemade chocolate nougat hardens completely.
5. Then unmold without any effort (at least with the mold I used) and we can eat it. You will see how rich this chocolate nougat is with hazelnuts. The oil softens chocolate, makes the texture of Christmas nougat and not any chocolate tablet. And with the hazelnuts it is scandal. Great! If you want to wear these parties, prepare it!
