Ingredients to make chocolate nougat with cinnamon cookies:

6. We pour the mixture into our nougat mold and let it cool. When you lose the heat, we can cover it with transparent film and move to the refrigerator so that it solidifies faster, or we can leave it out even if it will take longer.
Trick: If you don have a mold for nougat, cut a tetrabrik in half, wash it and dry it and you will have a great and very economical mold.
7. Once it has hardened, we can enjoy this delicious and Christmas nougat of chocolate with cookies.
