Chocolate croquettes recipe

Ingredients to make chocolate croquettes:

1. In a large saucepan we put the cream to heat over medium heat. When it is well warm (without boiling) we add the sugar, chopped chocolate and stir without stopping until chocolate melt and we have a dense and delicious cream.

4. Once frozen, prepare the battering station and heat oil in a saucepan. Each chocolate croqueta first through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs.
