600 milliliters of whole or half -nattered milk. ::

Ingredients to make chocolate and coffee flan:

1. We will start preparing this chocolate and coffee flan putting some liquid caramel at the base of the flanera with the help of a pastry brush, or you can also place it in individual flaneras if you prefer.

2. Subsequently, we hydrate the gelatin leaves in a bowl with cold water leaving them soak 5 minutes. Apart, mix the liquid cream and milk in a large pot, then add the sugar, cocoa and soluble coffee and take everything to a boil. We beat well with some rods until you get a homogeneous mixture for our coffee and chocolate flan.

3. Next, we drain the gelatin leaves and place them in another bowl. Then we add a little of the hot preparation and stir continuously with a rods so that the dissolve gelatin is completely mixed. Then we pour this mixture to the previous one of the saucepan and continue stirring a few minutes so that all the ingredients of coffee and cocoa flan are integrated well. Then remove from heat.

4. Then we cast the mixture of chocolate and coffee flan for a fine strainer to eliminate the possible lumps that may be and let it warm a few minutes at room temperature.

5. Then we pour the mixture into the large faenera or in the individual flaneras, cover it with film paper and place it in the fridge a minimum of 6 hours for the case.



Trick: Better if we leave the flan of coffee and cocoa rest in the fridge overnight.





6. Once curdled, we unmold the chocolate and coffee flan by introducing the flanera base in a little warm water so that it takes more easily from the mold and finally, we decorate it to our liking. I have put mounted cream, chocolate noodles and coffee beans.
