Chocolate and Almonds Homemade Chocolates Recipe

And home chocolates are always welcome, right? These chocolate with almonds are relatively simple (within the difficulty you can have to work with chocolate, and especially do it in molds, although you will see that it is not so much) and are luxurious. Black chocolate (mine without sugar)
chocolate with milk (mine without sugar)
un handful of almonds in cubes for filling

Ingredients to make homemade chocolate and almond chocolates:

1. Derret the black chocolate in the microwave, in the dick option to prevent chocolate from burning. Every so often we remove with a spoon to help meter everything equally. When ready, we fill the molds for chocolates and immediately turn them around to drain the excess.



Trick: The amount of chocolate will depend on the number of chocolates you make. It must be sufficient to cover the surface of the molds (I used a little less than a tablet).





2. We just want to cover the surface, not to fill the holes. When we have all the stuffed and drained holes, we put the mold in the fridge until we need it again.





3. Now, we melt the milk chocolate. As before. It can also be done in the water bath, of course, but it is easier and faster and is equally good. When the chocolate is ready, add the almonds and mix everything well.





4. Fill the gaps of the molds and remove the excess with a spatula. As you can see in the photos, the mold was full of chocolate, that did not look good, but calm if it happens to you because the final result is perfect and the chocolate and almond chocolates are ideal.





5. What was left over from the previous mixture put it in another mold that I had, of Christmas firs, without any coverage. So I had two types of homemade chocolates to offer more variety.





6. Finally, we melt a little more black chocolate and cover the holes, close the chocolate. We put the mold at the fridge at least 1 or 2 hours until the mixture is cooled and harden. Then, we can unmold and serve or save them in a can where they last a long time in a fresh and dry place. You will see how delicious these chocolate and almond chocolates remain.
