Chirimoya ice cream recipe

Preparation: We peel the custard apple, remove bones, crush the pulp and optional we pass through a Chinese. • ½ l. Light custard custard with warm milk or what is the same English cream
• 325 ml. vegetable or pastry cream
• 4 leaves gelatin fish tail
• Optionally bailes any type of liquor such as chocolate or chocolate chip nolery cream.
