Ingredients to make chimbos eggs:
1. With an electric blender, the yolks are beaten until you get a cream that makes peaks.
2. Some small molds are greased with butter (which can even be coffee cups) and fill up to half with the beaten egg.
3. The molds are placed in a mariab bath for 10 minutes (when introducing a wooden stick, it must leave dry). Then they demolish and reserve.
4. Apart, in a pot over high heat, the water is boiled and the sugar is added, stirring constantly for 15 minutes, until a thick syrup is obtained.
5. heat is lowered over medium heat and the chimbos eggs are added, letting them cook for 5 more minutes. Then they withdraw from heat.
6. The liquor and vanilla to the syrup are added. It is allowed to cool and refrigerate. How divine! It can also be accompanied with cream cheese.
