Chestnut and cheese cake recipe

Ingredients to make chestnut cake and cheese:
300 grams of roasted chestnut
300 grams of semi -skimmed milk
140 grams of mast sugar or brunette of cane
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
300 grams of cream cheese
4 egg
butter to spread the mold and a 24cm mold in diameter

Ingredients to make chestnut cake and cheese:

1. To start the baked chestnut cake, first the chestnuts do if you don have them. To do it with a great and very effective method that will not waste so much time, make a cut in the chestnut and put them in a bag without knitting. Enter the bag into the microwave three minutes and you will have your chestnuts to peel them quickly before they cool at all.





2. Pour the milk into a saucepan to heat and, in turn, introduce the peeled chestnuts, add sugar and the essence of vanilla, remove and let it boil for 10 minutes so that the mixture of flavors is more intense.





3. Do not forget to remove because milk can enter boiling and overflow, it is better if you leave the low low heat. Go putting the oven to heat in the meantime.





4. Once the milk has finished cooking with the chestnuts pass by a whisper glass so that it is well undone and integrated. Then, add the cream cheese and the four eggs just after the cheese to prevent the milk from being hot.





5. Then, spread an oven mold with butter and pour the mixture you just prepared. This preparation does not usually climb so do not worry if the mold is quite full.





6. It carries to the preheated oven at 170 ºC for 25-30 minutes, put the mold at medium height. Check with a stick to see if the cake is already made and, if the wet stick comes out, leave it more time in the oven, approximately 10 minutes. Always watch your oven. 7. Once finished doing, let cool at room temperature first and then, put the chestnut cake to the fridge so that it is well refrigerated. It will serve as decoration and flavoring of the cake.
