Cherry Delight Recipe

Pour the boiling water on the jelly into a medium container and stir at least 2 minutes, until the jelly dissolves completely, add cold water and stir.

Ingredients to delight cherry:
1 cup boiling water
1 package of (4 portions) of sugarless gelatin, with black cherry flavor (icing)
1 cup of cold water
1 cup of whipped cream, reduced in fat, defrosting, quantity divided

2. Pour into a 9-inch square mold. Cool the fridge for 4 hours or until it is firm.

3. Cut the gelatin into 1/2 inch cubes. Book 1/2 cup of whipped cream, separate.

4. Alternately place layers of gelatin cubes and the remaining 1/2 cup of whipped cream in 4 dessert glasses. Complete with tablespoons of the 1/2 cup of whipped cream you reserve,
