Cheese recipe with cheese

The gelatin, normally used as dessert, we can find it of thousands of different ways and one of them is the variant with cheese. Cheese jelly is recognized by being creamy and having an irresistible flavor, learning this easy recipe with recipes and glattering a different touch. We have combined the cream cheese jelly with strawberry jelly but, if you prefer, you can use Orange, lemon, raspberry jelly …, the possibilities are endless!

GELATINA WITH CHEESE INGREDIENTS:
2 Sableless jelly
190 grams of cream cheese
½ cup of water (120 milliliters)
1 can of condensed milk
1 on strawberry jelly
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost, cold

GELATINA WITH CHEESE INGREDIENTS:

1. Prepare the strawberry jelly according to the regular instructions of the package. Pour the mixture into a container, preferably transparent, and leave it in the fridge until it sets. If you prefer, instead of preparing a large jelly, you can make individual jelly using cupcake molds, for example.



Trick: To accelerate the process, reserve the jelly in the freezer.

2. Apart, heat a half cup of water and mix with the jelly jelly. Once you have dissolved, it incorporates the cheese and condensed milk and takes the mixture to the blender so that it is softer.

3. To finish preparing the cheese jelly, beat to form a slightly thick and homogeneous dough and empty the mixture on the gelatin previously prepared, already set. Take the refrigerator to finish curdling.



Trick: You can vary the order of the gelatins, leaving the cheese down and the fruit above.

4. You can decorate the cheese jelly with a little strawberry jam or whipped cream. Remember that you can make the first jelly of the flavor that you like the most or even use two flavors instead of one.
