Cheese cake recipe with easy blueberries

The cheese and blueberry cake can look like a difficult dessert but in this recipe we will explain how to do it in a very easy way. This recipe has three elements that we can make in parallel, the base, made from Maria cookies, the filling, made from Philadelphia cheese and finally the blueberry jam.

200 grams of philadelphia cheese
1 cookie package unit
1 cranberry jam jar
200 milliliters of cream
100 grams of butter
5 tablespoons of sugar
1 glass of water

Ingredients to make cheese cake with easy blueberries:

1. In a medium bowl we beat the sugar, cream and Philadelphia cheese until it is diluted. We heat the water glass to almost its boiling point and throw the gelatin envelope, stir to dissolve, when it cools a little we add it to the cream of cheese little by little.

2. To prepare the base of the cheese cake and blueberries we will crush the cookies and add the previously melted butter, you can give it a heat stroke of 15 seconds. We remove and mix well.
