1 PHILADELPHIA cheese jar of 200 g
100 milliliters of milk
1 neutral jelly leaf

Ingredients to make glasses of cheese and raspberry cream:

1. To start making the cups of cheese and raspberry cream, the first thing we have to do is make the cream cheese: for this, in a bowl we mix the Philadelphia cheese with milk with some rods until you get a homogeneous cream. Apart we hydrate the jelly putting it soak on a plate with cold water. And we place the previous cream in a saucepan to heat it without boiling, stirring with a wooden spoon constantly.

2. Then, we drain the gelatin leaf well and add it to the cream of the cream mixing it well. Then we place this mixture at the bottom of the cups up to about 2 cm thick and let them cool to set well.

3. The next step to prepare the cups of cream cheese is to make the raspberry coulis: for this, with the help of an electric blender or Túrmix we beat the raspberries and pass them through a strainer so that we have a fine puree without nuggets. Then we put this in a saucepan to boil slowly and add the squeezed half lemon. We mix well. We also hydrate the other 3 gelatin leaves.

4. Add the Glass sugar and in the raspberry coulis and stir again. We drain the gelatin leaves and add them also stirring with the whipper.

5. Finally, we add the raspberry coulis to the cups of cream of cheese already cooled and make the color combinations that we like the most. If the cream has already been thickened, you can heat it a little again and so you can mount the cups of cheese and raspberry in your way.
