Ingredients to make carrot jelly:
1. RALLA The skin of half orange, but only for the orange part so that it does not leave a bitter taste. Peel the carrots, cut the tips and roll them. Leave a grated carrot to decorate.
2. Dissolve the agar-water with water, the water must be at room temperature. If you prefer to make a non-vegan version of the recipe or do not find agar-water, you can use neutral gelatin sheets dissolved in water. Check our article how to hydrate the gelatin if you have doubts.
3. Put a container to heat, pour the agar-water and the orange juice without strain. Remove to integrate both liquids and also add the ginger and honey cup. Continue stirring. When it starts boiling, leave it boiling for only 2 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat.
Trick: sweet test and, if you feel like it, you can add more honey or some sweetener.
4. Board the rack of carrot and orange in the same bowl. Pour the mixture of the jelly into it and mix carefully.
5. Take the gelatin to the container of your choice so that, when it cools, take the way you want. First, let the carrot jelly cool at room temperature, then put it in the fridge. Leave it for a whole day to set and keep the ideal texture.
Trick: To unmold the gelatin without problems, put it 4 minutes in two fingers of warm water.
