100 grams of hazelnuts 250 grams of sugar 3 brioches 12 cherries confitada 200 grams of grated coconut 100 ccs of cream mounted 2 kilos of carrot |
Ingredients to make carrot cake III:
2. Mix carrots coconut and sugar.
3. Prepare a mold and put the brioches open, to cover the surface of the mold.
4. Pour the pasta formed by carrots, coconut and sugar.
5. Cover with the rest of the brioches.
6. Press the cake with a flat surface inside the mold. Leave a minimum of 18h in the fridge.
7. A practical presentation advice: take it out of the mold and put it on a tray.
8. Picar hazelnuts, without skin, sprinkle it above along with the rest of grated coconut.
9. It can be adorned with cream and confited cherries.
