Beat all the ingredients until they are well integrated. You must know that you can add butter, lard or cow butter. 2. Add the flour and mix little by little with some rods until you have to do it with your hands. You can also make delicious carnival ears with yeast, but in our case we have prepared this unleavened recipe.
3. knead until a dough that takes off well and is manageable. Then cover the dough and let it stand for 1 hour.
Trick: You can vary the amount of flour and need a little more, the same mass asks.
4. Take pieces of dough and stretch it with a roller until it is very fine. And, if the dough sticks to the roller, put it with a little oil to handle it better.
5. When the dough is already stretched, cut it into large pieces. You can also make smaller portions and make individual pieces.
6. Place to heat a pan with plenty of oil over medium heat, be careful and do not put the fire very high, but the carnival ears will burn immediately. Then add a strip of the dough to the pan and to give it the ear form, with a stick in the center of the side you must move it a little while they are fried. Leave them a few minutes until you see that they are golden. Thus prepare all Galician ears.
7. Remove them and place them on a plate with paper paper so that it absorbs the excess oil.
