For caramel:
350 grams of sugar (1¾ cups)

For the cream:
600 grams of milk
3 units of eggs
1 tablespoon of maicena
70 grams of sugar
70 grams of caramel powder

5. When ready, pour the cream into individual containers and, once cold, sprinkle the powdered caramel. Another fully valid option is to add the sprayed candy to the glass along with the rest of the ingredients to integrate with the cream. If so, you could also use 70 g of liquid caramel.
