Ingredients to make chocolate stuffed cake:
1. Before getting to work we preheat the oven at 180ºC. Done this, we take a mold of 18 cm in diameter and grease it with butter. Apart, we sift the flour with yeast and salt and reserve.
2. Now that we have everything ready, we start! If we have kitchen robot, we beat the butter with the sugar for 5 minutes, until acquires a creamy texture (if we do not have we can use some electric rods).

Once the three chocolates are hardened, we break the sheets into small pieces, or the size we want, and reserve again in the refrigerator.
7. Now that we have all the parts ready, the time has come to mount the cake. To do this, we cut the cake into two equal halves and fill with the chocote ganache extending it with the help of a spatula. Then, we cover the sides of the cake with more ganache, distributing it uniformly. Finally, we cover the top of the cake and reserve the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
8. Past time, remove the fridge cake, extend a second layer of coverage on the sides and sprinkle the chocolate with milk, black and white chocolate pieces everywhere.
