Cajeta bread recipe

Beat the flour along with the egg yolks the clear ones leave them in another separate container, also with the butter or margarine, the cajeta and the sugar, (beat until it is incorporated)

Ingredients to make cajeta bread:
1 kg. Of flour
2 1/2 butter (in margarina, the equivalent)
4 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
1 can of condensed milk (the milkmaid)
1/2 cup glass sugar (to sprinkle )
1/4 cup of baking powder
14 cup of ground cocoa
3/4 cup of milk

Ingredients to make cajeta bread:

2. Beat the egg whites until they form a kind of mousse.

3. Add the mousse to the first mixture and bat by hand for 1 minute.

4. Put in an express hole the can of condensed milk (the milkmaid) for 10 to 15 minutes.

5. Uncover the can and add the content to the first mixture (beat until it is incorporated).

6. Add the baking powder slowly as you keep beating.

7. beat 5 to 10 minutes.

8. Put the mixture in a square mold of 50cm x 30cm. and depth 5cm.

9. Put the mold in the oven, and bake at 85º for 20 minutes.

10. When the mold left, the floor of the mold passes in a larger bowl, full of cold water.

11. It serves in individual dishes, sprinkled with cocoa and glasses sugar.
