400 grams of sugar (2 cups)
5 eggs
1 teaspoon of flour
300 grams of bread from the day before lemon zest soup
600 milliliters of milk (2½ cups)

Ingredients to make bread with grape raisins:

1. Strengthen all the bread and place the pieces in a bowl with milk. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes to absorb the liquid and soften.





2. While bread is soaked, prepare the candy. To do this, place the sugar in a saucepan and turn it without stopping with a wooden spoon until it dissolves completely. When you see that it is already, put the caramel in the mold quickly and let it harden a little.
