Beat the whites ready to snow very firm. Carefully incorporate the sugar with enveloping movement so as not to lower the shake. Perfume with 2 or 3 drops of vanilla.

2. Mark a disc the same diameter on a butter paper as the cake, enroll it slightly and cover it exactly with the meringue, smoothing it. Take it, on a plate, at the lowest possible, until it is noticed dry, crispy, but with the same white color with which it entered the oven.
3. This is achieved after 4 or 5 hours from oven to a minimum. Let the meringue cool. Cut the sponge cake into three layers. Drain the peaches and mix the syrup with liquor at ease. Sprinkle each layer of cake with syrup by assembling dessert.
4. Join each layer by placing in each dulce of milk mixed with chantilly cream. Place on this layer, peach pieces and interspers the cold meringue disc.
5. Put dulce of milk and peaches on the meringue album. Cover everything with Chantilly and decorate with the remaining peaches, cut into thick segments. Keep dessert in the refrigerator until it serves. They can be done individual.
