Ingredients to make black beer cake:

1. The first step to make this black beer cake is to preheat the oven at 180ºC, and place the beer in a pot and melt the butter without the mixture getting to boil. Let the mixture cool.

2. To continue making the black beer cake in a bowl we place all solid ingredients: flour, powdered cocoa or nesquik, brown sugar and bicarbonate, and we remove everything so that it mixes well.





3. Next, we mix the 150 grams of cream with the 2 eggs and the vanilla essence and stir well until you get a homogeneous cream.
