Put the sweet potatoes, with enough sugar in the water, until they are very soft. Peel them, as hot as possible, and make them puree. That is very homogeneous and smooth.

2. Enmantequillar an English Buddine or Pirex. Place a few parsley leaves on the surface, distributing them harmonically.
3. Prepare half a cup of the gelatin, (with half of the water normally required). Pour into the mold, on the parsley leaves, rearrange these and put the refrigerator, until the medium set jelly.
4. Once the gelatin is soft, just add the orange juice and the other half cup of gelatin to sweet potato, (prepared in the same way). If the entire gelatin joints, this half cup of gelatin must be moved constantly so that it does not set, because it must be liquid to the sweet potatoes. Mix well. Pour the preparation on top of the gelatin, match the surface well and take the refrigerator, at least two hours.
5. Serve unmolding, so that the gelatin is up. Cut into slices and serve as accompaniment. Special for flesh that are not bittersweet.
