½ kilogram of bananas 300 grams of sugar (1½ cups) 100 milliliters of water 1 branch of cinnamon el juice of half lemon |

Ingredients to make banana jam:
1. Take a saucepan with sufficient capacity and heat the water with the sugar and cinnamon branch. Let it boil for 3 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a separate container, chop the bananas, throw them with the lemon juice and crush them with an electric blender. For homemade jams, it is always advisable to use some citrus juice because it allows it to be preserved for longer.
3. Add the banana puree to the saucepan where we have the syrup, remove with a wooden spoon and let it cook over low heat until it acquires the desired jam point. Remember to remove the mixture from time to time.
4. And voila! Now you just have to book the banana jam in previously sterilized glass jars and with airtight closure. You can keep them up to 3 months without opening, in the refrigerator. Once open, you must consume the jam in a maximum period of 15 days.
