Ingredients to make baked pineapple pudding: |

Ingredients to make baked pineapple pudding:
1. To start our pineapple pudding cake, we will crumble the bread (biscuits, muffins, brioches …) to put it in a bowl and add the half-liter of milk above. Let stand for 10 minutes, turning from time to time for all the bread to be soaked.
2. We also soak the raisins with a little water for approximately 10 minutes.
3. Next, we put in a bowl the eggs along with the 100 g of sugar, the lemon zest and a pinch of salt. We beat to integrate the ingredients well and follow the recipe for pineapple pudding.
4. Apart, we mix 50 ml of pineapple juice in its juice with flour; We beat well to undo all lumps.
5. Add the flour along with the juice to the beaten eggs with the sugar and mix. We also incorporate the raisins well drained.
